Long-time satisfactory relationship

We have been dealing with this company for years! Our portfolio is very complicated with numerous properties and different contacts and parameters for each. In spite of the complications, service has been really good. Representatives are adept at screening calls, following the correct protocol, and determining what is really an emergency. The only hiccup recently is that sometimes an open ticket gets seen by another rep literally while I’m on the phone with the first rep, requiring duplication of calls. This is particularly annoying in the middle of the night.
