We have worked with Teledirect for several years, primarily relying on their team for weekend and after-hours call support. Overall, their customer service has been strong and dependable. Sergio Soto, our main point of contact, stands out for his professionalism, responsiveness and consistent support, he is truly a pleasure to work with and always addresses our requests promptly.

Regarding the call agents, our experience has been somewhat mixed. While many agents perform very well and represent our business professionally, others have struggled with following scripts or have occasionally provided incorrect information to our clients. With more consistency in training and quality control, the service could be even more effective.

Overall, Teledirect has been a reliable partner, especially for off-hours coverage, with excellent account management and room for improvement in agent consistency.
