We have been using Teledirect as our call center for about 6 years. The most recent customer service rep is exceptional. In the past it has been a bit difficult to reach a contact, but they would always get back to you. Now responsiveness is truly excellent. The call center operates well and when I do test calls there odd usually little to no wait.
