Seminar Edge offers a unique pricing structure that relates to the projected capacity of your seminars or workshops. You only pay for the number of seats you plan to fill for each meeting.
For example: If you are planning a 5,000 piece mailing and typically receive about 2% response, that is 100 responses. You may plan a seminar that has two different meeting dates and reserve a venue for 50 seats per meeting. Your next step would be to set up your reservation service. If you are expecting 100 attendees, you can set your account to accept 100 registrants. If at anytime you would like to increase the capacity, just add the desired number of seats to the current capacity you have previously selected.
Your account will remain live for 60 days. Once the 60 day time period has concluded, you will have the option to purchase a new package if you have a new mailing planned or want to add seats to the existing package you selected to extend your service. Otherwise, your account will be disconnected once you meet the 60 day term until you activate it again.
Add Seats/Increase Capacity
If at anytime you would like to increase your capacity it’s very easy. Just select the desired number of seats to be added to the current capacity you have previously selected.
Changes to Script, Meeting Dates/Times, Attendees, etc.
All changes made to your account through your self service management system are FREE.
Toll Free Number (TFN) Options
Your toll free number (TFN) is FREE with your reservation service. Seminar Edge also offers the option to reserve your toll free number for 6 months or a year if you are planning on holding seminars or workshop continuously. Many clients prefer reserving the number for a set period of time because they feel comfort knowing they have a toll free number available anytime for any advertising or mail campaign they plan. Plus, it’s especially beneficial if you like that number specifically.
Confirmation Calls
Confirmation Calls can increase the number of people who attend your seminars and workshops. Many times people forget they registered for your presentation and need a reminder. You can also give other registrants the opportunity to attend in place of someone who cancels if you offer a waiting list.
